在结构及园建的章节上,马总分别从框架柱/梁/板平面布置、钢结构设计知识、方案设计过程中出现的结构问题、基础设计及其他常见问题等作了精彩分享,马总认为结构设计的原则是:必须执行规范中的强制性条文,结构方案应合理，应兼顾安全与成本，即在保证安全的前提下坚持成本最优原则,我们所有的设计工作都是在这个原则下进行。
