“猎户座之城” / City of Orion
在1997-2003期间，德国艺术家Hannsjörg Voth在摩洛哥南部的沙漠上，用当地人建筑的技法，徒手搭建了这座City of Orion —— “猎户座之城”。
During the period of 1997 to 2003, German artist Hannsj ö rg Voth used local architectural techniques to construct the City of Orion - the "City of Orion" - by hand in the desert of southern Morocco.
“城市” / City
这是大地艺术先锋艺术家Michael Heizer从1970年就开始创造的“城市”，至今50年，还在继续。“城市”位于美国内华达州沙漠。
This is the "city" created by Michael Heizer, a pioneer artist of Land art, since 1970. It has continued for 50 years. The city is located in the desert of Nevada, United States.
East-West/West-East
设计师是赫赫有名的极简主义艺术家 Richard Serra 。一道十多米高的钢制黑色立柱划破空间，“East-West/West-East”，则是艺术家想要给予世人的一座灯塔。
The designer is the famous Minimalism artist Richard Serra. A steel black pillar over ten meters high cuts through the space, and the "East West/West East" is a lighthouse that the artist wants to give to the world.
天地圈 / Tiandi Circle
在加州沙漠里，俯瞰The Circle of Land and Sky 就如同一个外星人留下的巨型符号。
日起日落、风沙、植物、蓝天白云……沙漠里的一切被镜面切割再组合。
In the California desert, overlooking The Circle of Land and Sky is like a giant symbol left by an alien.
From sunrise to sunset, sandstorms, plants, blue sky and white clouds... everything in the desert is cut and reassembled by a mirror.
Maraya
这件大型艺术装置“ Maraya ”，由意大利设计公司Gio Forma Studio Associato设计，位处沙特阿拉伯一处沙漠的中心场地。
Maraya在阿拉伯语中就是镜子的意思，立方体被反光板覆盖，反射相邻沙漠景观的惊人景色，又根据不同的天气状况改变。
This large art installation "Maraya" was designed by Italian design company Gio Forma Studio Associato and is located in the center of a desert in Saudi Arabia.
Maraya means mirror in Arabic, where a cube is covered with reflective panels, reflecting stunning views of adjacent desert landscapes, and changing according to different weather conditions.
Mirage / 海市蜃楼
Mirage，海市蜃楼，是艺术家Doug Aitken与Desert X合作留下的装置艺术。Doug使用了镜面覆盖整栋小屋。当人们看向小屋，所见的却是模糊不清的边界，和随着环境发生变化的反射虚像。
Mirage, Mirage, is a Installation artwork left by artist Doug Aitken and Desert X. Doug used a mirror to cover the entire cabin. When people look at the cabin, they only see blurry boundaries and reflective illusions that change with the environment.
星光 / Starlight
Starlight, 2012年火人节中最令人难以忘怀的装置艺术之一。黑石沙漠之中，七个巨大的星星组成了猎户座。在太阳升起之前，晚风携带而来的尘土和湿气，让星星们显得尤其遥远而梦幻，明明它们就在地面上，在这颗星球的表面上静静站立着。在沙漠中驻扎的人们，朦胧之间也许以为天堂倒转，来到人间。
Starlight, one of the most unforgettable Installation artwork in the 2012 Burning Man Festival. In the Black Stone Desert, seven huge stars form the constellation Orion. Before the sun rises, the dust and moisture carried by the evening breeze make the stars appear particularly distant and dreamy, standing quietly on the surface of this planet, standing on the ground. People stationed in the desert may mistily think that heaven has turned upside down and arrived on earth.
Prada Marfa
Marfa —— 美国德克萨斯州一个的沙漠小镇，从上世纪70年代Donald Judd把工作室从纽约搬来此之后，就成了艺术家的天堂。
这是一座素面朝天的 Prada 店，独自伫立在空旷的沙漠，恍若世界的尽头。这里没有班车和街道，前不着村后不着店，在最近的一个小镇机场降落，还要开上70多公里才能抵达。
Marfa - a desert town in Texas, USA, has been a paradise for artists since Donald Judd moved his studio here from New York in the 1970s.
This is a Prada store with a plain face facing the sky, standing alone in the open desert, as if at the end of the world. There are no shuttle buses or streets here, and there is no village or store in front of it. It lands at the nearest small town airport and takes more than 70 kilometers to arrive.
