Wohnen ohne Auto (Living without a car) is a co-housing project, developed in a process of participatory design with a community of future residents. The project features a series of strategies which aim to minimize the superfluous, establish an attitude towards sharing and encourage an environmentally conscious behavior.
酒店位于早稻田大街的十字路口，立面覆盖混凝土悬浮板，消除了室内外、公共与私人空间的界限，底层的两个弧形开口向十字路口开放，吸引了四面八方的行人，整体看似为旅人指引方向的灯塔。一层改造成居民公共办公空间，顺应了当下形势。
The building is in a crossing along Waseda street. The facade was conceived as concrete levitating sheet, who erase the boundaries between interior and exterior, public and private and opens to the street intersection trough two round cuts inviting people from every direction. The building was thought as a lighthouse for the travelers.The ground floor, reconverted into a co-working space for the residents is the expression of the new normality.
Torre Ai is in a very interesting neighborhood in Morelia named Chapultepec. The first few cases of modern architecture in the city were found there. In the 1960’s the upper-class people settled in this neighborhood and began to adopt new ideas coming from Mexico City.
Casa Tersicore位于米兰，靠近大运河与19世纪贝鲁托规划中的城市环线的相交地带。面向Via Sala街的立面与西邻建筑平行，高四层，以L形向街区内部延伸，并在靠近尽头处形成一个小塔楼，塔楼高7层，是很典型的米兰风格。
Casa Tersicore was built in Milan, near the Naviglio Grande, where it intercepts the urban ring road traced by the Piano Beruto in the late nineteenth century. The building is situated on street level on Via Sala, in line with the building to the west, and advances depth-wise into the project lot, in the shape of an “L”. On the street, the body of the building is four stories high, which bends around the corner, and then rises seven stories high in a type of turret, which is a kind of small tower, typical in Milan.
该项目包括8栋公寓楼，位于靠近市中心的一个住宅区内。建筑师既要保证舒适的居住空间尺度，也要将小户型空间利用率最大化，在这个过程中，使用了较为自然的方式将不同的户型划分为独立的空间。
The project is an apartment building placed in a residential area close to the city centre. In the process of considering a pleasant living space and keeping the maximum spaciousness of the small dwelling units, the units were divided into independent spaces in a natural manner.

墨西哥是一座历史名城，神秘的社区中藏有大量文化及建筑遗产。Tacuba就是众多社区之一，位于市区的西北部，在经历了持续至今的社会变迁和城市改革后，不同年代的遗址随处可见。
Mexico City is a historical setting with an enormous cultural and architectural heritage protected in its magical neighborhoods. Tacuba is one of them, located northwest to the downtown, this neighborhood has undergone social and urban transformations that have lasted to this day and where vestiges forged at different times can be found.
16｜The Moment公寓，伊朗 / Pi architects
设计的主要挑战在于恰当划分拥有两个单元的楼层，并且设置一个不会对单单元楼层造成影响的带电梯的公共空间。为了满足这些需求，德黑兰50~60年代流行的当地现代主义住宅公寓，即大众所知的“Khorjini”，成为了本次设计的基本框架。
