Mosetertoppen住宅区，挪威 / Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter

Mosetertoppen住宅区是Hafjelltoppen的全新开发项目，大约可为1000人提供住所。该项目植根于传统和创新，旨在实现文化景观和建筑艺术的完美结合。创新式的设计引发了人们对于可持续建筑的思考，同时也为未来如何在挪威山区景观中建造建筑提供了一个优秀的范本。

Mosetertoppen is a new project at Hafjelltoppen, which will be able to house about 1000 people. The project will be rooted in both tradition and innovation. Tradition for implementing the best of the cultural landscape and building art. Innovation to contribute with rethinking in relation to sustainable architecture and how to build in the Norwegian mountain landscape in the future.

Kajstaden住宅楼，瑞典 / C.F. Møller Architects

由C.F. Møller Architects设计建造的瑞典最高木材建筑迎来了它的第一批住客。该建筑由实木材料建成，位于距离斯德哥尔摩市仅一小时车程的韦斯特罗斯（Västerås）。作为该地区地标性建筑，此建筑将成为未来可持续建筑的标准。

C.F. Møller Architects is behind Sweden’s tallest timber building, which is now accepting its first tenants. The building is made of solid timber, and is situated in Västerås, an hour from Stockholm, as a landmark for the area and a benchmark for a sustainable future.

漂浮住宅，荷兰 / Studio RAP

来自鹿特丹的事务所Studio RAP利用木材和实心软木打造了一座可持续的漂浮住宅。室内空间同样以裸露的木材覆盖，带来明亮又宁静的室内体验。软木外墙与历史悠久的城市的氛围巧妙地融合在一起。建筑主要使用了木材和软木两种材料，在显著简化结构的同时创造出简单又优雅的细节。

Studio RAP, a Rotterdam (NL) based architecture firm, designed a sustainable floating home from timber and solid cork. The exposed timber interior captures light and creates a wonderful tranquil interior experience, the exposed cork exterior blends in subtly with the atmosphere of the historical city. The use of mainly two materials, timber and cork, radically simplified its construction while creating simple yet elegant details.

QUATTRO住宅，米兰 / LCA architetti

该项目由LCA architetti事务所设计，是一栋极简且可持续的住宅。房屋位于米兰附近的小镇，其主人是一对年轻的计算机科学家夫妇，他们决定在亲近自然的地方居住和工作。

Casa quattro designed by LCA architetti (Luca Compri Architects) is a sustainable house characterized by extremely simple architecture.The property is located in a small town near Milan, the owners are a young couple of computer scientists who have decided to live and work in close contact with nature.

山坡上的半独立式住宅，奥地利 / MWArchitekten

基于在预算内建造一栋可持续性住宅的愿望，建筑师决定在这块大约600平方米的场地上建造一栋供两户家庭使用的半独立式住宅，面积为125平方米，配备两个车库。住宅内部通向客厅和露台的台阶显露出场地的山坡地形。建筑师的目标是创造一种生态建筑，避免建筑陷入低性能与人工化的状态。为了实现这一目标，建筑师对几代人演化而来的住宅类型进行研究。立面的设计以当地传统建筑的基调为基础。

Based on the budget and the desire to create sustainable housing, the decision was made to build a semi-detached house of two entities of 125 square meters and two carports, on an area of around 600 square meters. In the interior space, the hillside becomes noticeable in steps towards the living room and the terrace. The goal was to create an ecological architecture that does not fall into sterility and artificialty. As a model for this purpose the architects studied housing typologies that have been developed over generations. The facade design is based on the atmospheric qualities of these traditional structures.

马略卡岛54套补贴住宅，西班牙 / Alventosa Morell Arquitectes

项目场地由西班牙巴利阿里社会住房协会（IBAVI）所有，面积约为3266平方米，呈规整的矩形。本项目的设计方案聚焦在两个基本问题上，一是如何将建筑与城市以及周边环境和谐相融，二是如何利用该综合住宅项目回应社会的需求。

The plot owned by IBAVI has a rectangular shape with an approximate area of 3,266 m2. The proposed proposal attends to two fundamental aspects, the correct insertion of the building in the urban and physical environment as well as a solution that is a synthesis of the functional aspects of the program.
