绿色建筑所遵循的设计理念有哪些,怎样很好的将绿色建筑的设计原理与建筑师诗意的空间理想结合。对于诸多可持续建筑类型,譬如被动式超低能耗建筑、碳中和建筑、低碳建筑、零碳建筑等,它们有哪些异同呢?

零碳建筑与区域可通过引入绿色电力交易和碳排放权交易等碳抵消方式实现。中冶赛迪积极响应国家碳达峰碳中和政策,以设计采购施工总承包(EPC)模式高效建成重庆首个零碳展厅。

建筑和以建筑为主要碳排放的区域逐步实现低碳、近零碳、零碳排放,碳中和建筑是绿色建筑发展的重要方向,其设计除采用超低能耗建筑设计策略之外,还要关注建筑全生命周期的碳排放量,进行降碳设计。

Buildings and areas primarily emitting carbon emissions from buildings are gradually achieving low-carbon, near zero carbon, and zero carbon emissions. Carbon neutral buildings are an important direction for the development of green buildings. Dream Office:装配式绿色建筑

 

 

装配式与可持续建筑发展相辅相成,全过程装配式实践,是实现建筑低碳愿景的高效方式。华阳国际东莞产业园研发楼Dream Office,是一场从创作引领的装配式建筑实验。

Prefabricated and sustainable building development complement each other, and the whole process of prefabricated practice is an efficient way to achieve the low-carbon vision of buildings.

The Dream Office in the R&D building of Huayang International Dongguan Industrial Park is a prefabricated building experiment led by creativity.

被动房展馆:被动式超低能耗建筑

 

 

超低能耗建筑在保证室内舒适度的前提下,最大限度地降低建筑热损失,降低建筑制冷采暖能耗。其五大构成要素:高保温性能围护结构、高保温性能门窗、无热桥设计、高气密性、高效率的新风热回收系统。Ultra low energy buildings minimize building heat loss and reduce building cooling and heating energy consumption while ensuring indoor comfort.

Its five major components: high insulation performance enclosure structure, high insulation performance doors and windows, no heat bridge design, high air tightness, and high-efficiency fresh air heat recovery system.

火星生活舱:自循环概念性建筑

 

 

火星生活舱是OPEN建筑事务所受邀参展由日本设计师原研哉发起的“CHINA HOUSE VISION探索家——未来生活大展”,与合作企业小米共同开启了一场关于未来居住方式的实验。

The Mars Life Module is an invited exhibition by OPEN Architects, initiated by Japanese designer Hara Yanzai, for the "CHINA HOUSE VISION Explorer - Future Life Exhibition". Together with partner company Xiaomi, they launched an experiment on future living styles.
